Risoles

Hari minggu kemarin kan kakak ipar datang kerumah, nah pembantunya itu jago bikin risoles. Karena dulunya dia pernah kerja di majikan yg jual risoles. Hari itu pembantunya buat dirumah sambil di bantu asisten saya hehehe.biggrin

Akhirnya kemarin malam saya penasaran saya minta asisten saya buat, cuma isinya saya modifikasi. Dari yg cuma sayuran saya tambah ikan tuna n mayonaise. Jadi sih, cuma karena kelamaan didiamin ga langsung goreng abis di lipat. Pas mau di tepung panir, risolnya dah pecah gara2 isinya ada yg cair. Sepertinya untuk bahan cair abis di lipat mesti langsung di tepung dan di goreng baru aman.cry

Abis bikin risol niatnya bikin kue African Gateu. Udah jam 10 malam tapi niat tetep jalan. Tapi karena terlalu paku pada resep yg nyuruh manggang selama 45 menit, padahal saya pake loyang pendek, adonan di bagi 2 loyang, hasilnya yah pasti bantet! Kelamaan manggang. Hehehe mungkin ini balasan karena saya sok tau ngajarin Ching kali yak? Habis setelah ajarin dia 2x saya bikin kue bantet….. Ching ampun jangan di kutuk lagi yak ? (Just Kidding razz)

The last Sunday my sister in law came, her assistant was good on making risoles. Cause she was working with master that sold risoles. So that day she making one at my home. My assistant help her.surprised

Finally last night, I told my assistant to make one, but I change the fill. Use to vegetable, I add tuna mayonnaise. Is done, but it makes me learn that if you use liquid fill you must immediately fry it after you hold it. Don’t leave it to long, it can torn the skin.

After that I want to make African Gateu Cake, the time was 10 on midnight I still make it. Cause I stand on recipe that said you must bake for 45 minute, but I use thin bake pan and I split the dough into 2. The result cake over bake! To much baking. Hehehe maybe is a lesson for teaching Ching, cause after I teach her 2 times I make cake is not good…. Ching pardon me don’t curse me anymore! (Just kiddingrazz)
