Task #3 Cumi Saus Padang

Tugas kali ini masakan cumi saus padang. Phew susah bener dapat tugas pilih resep, soalnya mesti melalui banyak penyaringan.biggrin Akhirnya disetujui juga resep ini. Kenapa pilih resep ini? karena saya jarang sekali masak cumi, trauma setiap masak cumi pasti alot. Makanya mau coba resep ini biar bisa jadi bahan diskusi cara masak cumi ga alot. Resepnya di ambil dari buku resep keluaran demedia mengenai masakan cumi.

Hari ini kebetulan mau kunjungan ke rumah nyokap, jadi jauh hari dah titip beli cumi biar bisa masak di rumah nyokap. Dan minta di tutor cara bersihin cumi juga. redface Lumayan dapat ilmu tambahan. wink Sekalian titip beli kepiting n kerang hijau juga, favorit suami. Menu kali ini bahannya bisa diganti sama kepiting atau kerang atau keong. Banyak pilihan kan?

Hasilnya tidak disangka, cuminya tidak alot! surprised Dan rasa bumbunya itu maknyoss!biggrin Suami sampai bilang ini masakan cumi terenak! Loh gimana ga terenak? Selama ini jarang masak cumi ! Hehehe Tapi dah dapet lulus sensor suami berarti dah ok masakannya. razz

PS: Saya lupa mengupas kulitnya dan mencampur tepung maizena. redface

Resepnya disini :
Bahan:
500 gr cumi, buang kulit n isi perut
1 sdm tepung maizena, larut dgn air
250 ml air
3 sdm minyak untuk tumis

Bahan bumbu yg dihaluskan
6 cabe
6 bwg merah
4 bwg putih
1 1/2 sdt garam

Bumbu lain
3 cm jahe
1 sdm saos tirem
2 sdm sambel botol
6 sdm saos tomat
1 sdt merica
1 sdm gula

Cara
Tumis bumbu halus bersama jahe hingga harum
Masuk cumi aduk hingga kaku
Tambah air n bumbu lain masak hingga mendidih
Masak dengan api kecil hingga cumi matang n bumbu meresap
Terakhir masuk sagu , cmpur hingga kental
Angkat dan sajikan

The task was cooking recipe squirt padang sauce. Phew it was really hard to pick a recipe, cause it must get through many approval. biggrin Finally this recipe was approved. Why choose this recipe? It because I rarely cooking squirt, still trauma get chewy squirt. So I want to try this recipe so we can discuss each other how to make squirt soften. The recipe was taken from book of recipe publisher by demedia with title all about cooking squirt

Accidentally today I want to visit my mother, so I told here before to buy squirt. And also asking tutoring for preparing squirt.redface Not bad I also get extra knowledge.wink I also ask her to buy crab and green clam, my husband favorit. This menu can be replaced the main ingredients with crab or clam or snail. There is many choice isn’t it?

The result is unpredictable, the squirt was not chewy!surprised And the sauce was so delicious!smile It’s makes my husband say it was the most delicious squirt he was eat! Why is that? Cause all this time I rarely cooking squirt for menu. Hehehe. But if I get compliment from my husband so it’s mean good and delicious. razz

PS: I forgot to clean the skin and add corn flour.redface

Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
500 gr squid, remove skin and stomach filling
1 tbs corn starch melted it with water
250 ml water
3 tbs cooking oil for saute
Spice that need to be granulated
6 pcs of Red Chili
6 pcs of shallot
4 pcs of Garlilc
1 1/2 tsp salt

Other Spice
3 cm ginger
1 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs chili sauce
6 tbs tomato sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs sugar

Sauteing granulated spice with ginger untill smell
Put in squid stir till stiff
Add water and other spice cook till boiled
Cook with lower heat till squid cooked n flavor soak through
At last add corn starch, stir till thick
Ready to served

  1. >enak lizz keliatannya cumi yg u masak, gambar jg ok bikin ngiler.. g foto pake hp sih en selalu malem masaknya makanya jadi geleppp huahahahahahah.. gak papa yg penting rasanya enak yaa sipp
