Tugas kali ini berbahan dasar udang. Meskipun tugas diperjuangkan dengan pro n kontra, tapi akhirnya dapat dibuat juga. Udang belinya ga banyak cuma 6 k aja di hypermart, soalnya hubby alergi udang. Terus keju beli sekitar 15 k +
Jamur 3k+ Susu 2.5 k. Dipanggang mirip risotto tapi ga sampe garing. Jadi rasa nasi gurih lembut dan legit dicampur mentega n topingnya. Kata orang rumah antik juga resepnya, boleh nih sering2 bikin resep antik. Ching nanti resep jepun lagi yak kalo pas giliran loe? Bikin sih satu mangkuk, di makan rame2 sekejap habis…. topping masih sisa nanti bikin lagi dah.
This task is made from shrimp. Although this task is being pro n kontra, finally it can be done. I bought the shrimp only for 6 k at hypermarket, because my hubby got shrimp allergic. And buy cheese for 15 k + mushroom 3 k + milk 2,5 k. It was baked look like risotto but not very crunchy. So the rice was rich salty, soft and sticky cause mixing from margarine and topping. My house people said this is very antique recipe. Ching next time japanese recipe again when it’s your turn? I was making only 1 bowl but it was finished being eat by whole family. I have a little toping left, I will make another next.
