Wah giliran tentuin tugas nih.. pilihnya menu yg disukai anggota dah biar langsung disetujui.wink Ternyata mank ga salah pilih, langsung pada sip wae…biggrin Resepnya chinese food Ayam Nanking, saosnya pake saos inggris wah enak dah. Beli ayam fillet dada 1/2 kg 19 K, lagi mahal nih mau lebaransad. Tapi saya kepakenya cuma 2 potong. Udang cincang dah ada di kulkas, persediaan mertuasmile. Saos Inggris juga dah siap di dapur. Bikinnya juga ga susah. Resep bisa liat disini. Nah abis itu mau bikin ekkado nih.. dah lama siapin telor puyuh rebusnya baru hari kesampaian bikin. Bahannya udang dan ayam cincang, saya tambahkan jamur cincang.biggrin Tantangannya pada saat bungkus nih.cry Ternyata kulit kembang tahu itu sensitif sekali mudah robek, n ketebalannya ga rata. Hasilnya ga sebagus hokben dah.sad Tapi sekeluarga bilang enak, terhibur juga dah.smile Resep diambil dari buku resep masakan jepang.

Now its my turn to pick a recipe, I choose menu that all participant would like so it can be agree.wink My choose was right, everybody ok with it.biggrin The recipe was chinnese food Nanking Chicken, with wonchester sauce. Buy Breast fillet chicken 1/2 kg for 19 k, is very expensive now a days cause its close to idul fitrisad. But I only used 2 pieces. Mince shrimp already have in refrigerators, my mother in law stocksmile. Wonchester sauce already got also in the kitchen. The proses is not hard. The recipe was here. After that I want to make ekkado, I already prepare boiled small bird egg for along time untill I cook today. The ingredients was mince shrimp and chicken, I add mince mushroom.smile Chalenge come when wrap the egg and mince meat.cry Likely tofu skin is very sensitif and easily torn, also the thickness is not even. The result is not good as hokben.sad But all of my family say it was delicious, so I comforted.smile The recipe was taken from book japanesse recipe.
