Setelah berapa lama ga dapet libur hari Sabtu, nah sabtu ini kebagian dah. Sayangnya libur kali ini badan kurang fit dah dari hari jumat, batuk pilek. Si kecil juga dah ketepa.sad Akhirnya iseng dah bikin cheese cake yg dah lama pingin di buat. Cheese cakenya yg cool ga pake di panggang. Dulu juga pernah bikin tapi dah lama banget, kali ini jadi pingin lagi. Paginya bikin kue bolu gulung 2 loyang, satu dibuat bolu gulung dan satu lagi buat dasarnya cheese cake. wink Abis makan siang baru dah dibuat cheese cakenya. Resepnya gampang ga susah, cuma pake cream cheese, cream kocok, gula kastor, air atau kulit lemon dan gelatin. Selebihnya tinggal variasi sendiri.

Dasar cake di cetak dengan 3 jenis cetakan segitiga, bulat dan oval. Setelah itu di lapisi mika kaca di sekeliling dasar cake buat tahanan cheesenya nanti. Nah cream cheese dan gula kastor kocok hingga tercampur, lalu di tempat lain kocok cream kocok hingga kaku. Bubuk gelatin dan air di larutkan lalu di tim hingga tercampur rata. Kemudian ambil sebagian cream cheese, larutan gelatin dan air lemon aduk rata, lalu masukan cream kocok sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk. Nah ini isian dasar cheese cake, variasi tinggal tambah coklat cair atau coklat putih cair atau mint, atau coklat chip atau selai diatas cheese cake. Hasilnya banyak variasi yg bisa diciptakan.biggrinSuami dan anak2 suka sekali, wah senangnya dan nanti akan buat lagi nih.

After a long time never got off at saturday, today I got it. Too bad this holiday I’m not feeling well from friday, have a cold and cough. My youngest son also got sick. sadSo I do make a cheese cake after long time I want it. It was cool cheese cake not baking one. Long before I also have made it but it was long ago, so I want it now. At the morning I make 2 baking pan roll cake, one is for roll cake and the other is for basic of cheese cake.winkI made the cheese cake just after lunch. The recipe is easy, just using cream cheese, whip cream, caster sugar, lemonade water of lemonade skin and gelatin. The rest is only the variation.

Basic for cheese cake is cut with 3 kind of mold cutter triangle, round and oval. After that using glass mica around the basic cake for holding the cheese later. Cream cheese and castor sugar mix it till even, then on the other place mix whip cream till thick. Gelatin powder fused with water and steam for awhile till even. Then get a part of cream cheese, fused gelatin and lemonade water mix till even, put in whip cream little by little while mixing. This was basic fill for cheese cake, the variation just add melting chocolate or white melting chocolate or mint essence, or choco chip or jam on the top of cheese cake. You can create many variation. biggrin My husband and kids like it so much, so happy and I will make it later.
