Task # 8 Chizimi Kentang

Tugas kali ini dari jepang lagi. Makanan ringan dengan rasa yg tidak terduga. Makanannya sih mirip martabak telor, jadi boleh dibilang martabak jepang. smile Kebetulan hari ini tidak ada rencana keluar, dan bahan-bahannya dah disiapkan dari kemarin. Jadi coba buat dah. Kali ini saya tidak tahu berapa biaya yg dikeluarkan, karena semua bahan memang merupakan bahan stok di rumah. Satu-satunya biaya adalah bumbu chili bean pastenya dengan harga 19 k sebotol. Nah ini contekan resepnya.

Bahan :
– 3 buah kentang kupas kulit dan parut
– 8 sdm tepung terigu
– 3 sdm tepung sagu
– 70-80 ml kaldu
– 1 buah telur
– 1/2 sdt garam dan lada
– 8 buah udang potong dua
– 1 buah daun kucai (saya ganti dengan daun bawang)
– 1/4 wortel kupas kulit dan parut
– 2 sdm minyak goreng
– 3 sdm minyak wijen

Saos :
– 2 sdm cuka
– 2 sdm kecap asin
– 1/2 chili bean paste
– wijen secukupnya

Cara :
– Dalam mangkuk masukkan parutan kentang dan wortel, daun bawang, tepung terigu, tepung sagu, telur dan air kaldu. Aduk rata.
– Masukkan garam dan lada, aduk rata.
– Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, goreng sebagian adonan dengan api sedang hingga membentuk lingkaran tipis, tekan-tekan.
– Susun udang di atas adonan.
– Balikkan adonan, tekan-tekan dan siram dengan minyak wijen di pinggir adonan.
– Masak sampai matang, lakukan sampai adonan habis.
– Campur semua bahan saos, sajikan dengan chizimi.

Rasa yg tidak terduga didapat dari sausnya yg asin, asam dan pedas. Enak banget buat cocolannya. smile

Today task from japan again. Desert with unexpecting taste. The food is look like egg thick folder crepe, so can say japannese thick folder crepe.smile Exactly today I don’t have plan to go out, the ingredients already set from yesterday. So try to make it. This time I didn’t know how much it cost, cause all the ingredients was stock at my kitchen. The only thing I buy was chili bean paste with 19 k a bottle. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients :
– 3 pcs potato skinlet and grater
– 8 tbs all purpose fluor
– 3 tbs starch fluor
– 70-80 ml stock
– 1 egg
– 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
– 8 pcs shrimp cut in two
– 1 pcs green onion ( I replace it with onion leaves)
– 1/4 carrots skinlet and grater
– 2 tbs cooking oil
– 3 tbs sesame oil

Sauce :
– 2 tbs vinegar
– 2 tbs soy sauce
– 1/2 chili bean paste
– a little sesame seed

How to cook :
– In the bowl put in potato and carrot grater, onion leaves, all purpose fluor, starch fluor, egg and stock. Stir even.
– Add in salt and pepper, stir even.
– Heat oil in the pan, fry half of dough with medium heat till get thin round shape, pressure a little.
– Arrange shrimp on the dough
– Flip over the dough, pressure and sprinkle with sesame oil at the edge of the dough.
– Fry till done, do for the rest of dough.
– Mix all the sauce ingredients, served with chizimi

Unexpectedly taste was got from the sauce that taste salty, sour and hot. Is really fit for the dip. smile
