– Sisa dari bumbu perendam
– 1/2 sdt tepung maizena untuk mengentalkan
– 2 sdm kecap inggris
– 2 sdm cooking wine
– 1 sdm gula pasir
– 1 sdt kecap manis untuk warna lebih hitam

Cara :
1. Potong-potong fillet ikan menjadi 4 bagian. masing-masing seberat 150 g. Sisihkan. Campur seluruh bahan perendam, aduk hingga rata (Saya cuma pakai 2 potong fillet, soalnya gratisan sih. redface)
2. Masukkan potongan ikan ke dalam bumbu perendam, balikkan hingga bumbu merata. Diamkan selama 15 menit agar bumbu meresap. (Lebih baik masukkan ke kulkas selama 15 menit)
3. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan steak/wajan datar. Masukkan ikan berbumbu, panggang sambil sekali-kali olesi bumbu perendam. Balikkan supaya kedua sisinya masak angkat. (Saya panggang tanpa minyak di wajan anti lengket)
