Liat Ching bikin roti manis model shiro, pingin ikutan buat ah. Resepnya bisa liat disini. Tapi bentuk yg saya bikin ga keruan bentuknya, hihihi. Dan ovennya ke panasan jadinya bawahnya angus dah…. maklum oven milik mertua bukan milik sendiri jadi ga mahir dah. Isinya sih enak mentega asin. Kapan-kapan mau coba buat lagi ah….

Suami lagi ngerengek minta di buatin lontong sayur, makanan favoritnya. Waktu liburan kemarin karena ngabur sono sini ga sempet makan nih menu. Padahal tadinya kalo ga ke puncak mau ikut bikin ketupat. Apa boleh buat, akhirnya kemarin saya coba buatin dah. Selama ini kalo makan lontong di luaran belon ketemu yg pas di lidah, suka kurang rasa or terlalu berasa. Nah yg dibuat rasanya pas banget ama lidah kita, alhasil suami makannya nambah sampe 3x. Masak satu panci + satu panci semur dan ayam suir habis dalam 1 hari. Rekor dah.

Resep kuah lontong sih nyontek dari buku Primarasa, Lontongnya beli di pasar abis itu di gulung ama nori hehehe. Bikin semur tahu telor juga buat pasangannya, sama ayam suir buat dagingnya. Resep menyusul soalnya ada dirumah!

Pssst, muka rotinya kayak lagi bad mood yak? hahaha.

After look at sweet bread shiro made by Ching, want to make it. The recipe can see at here. But my model is not good, hihihi. And the oven is to hot so it burns on the bottom…. oven is my mother in law’s not mine so I didn’t expert on this. Filling was good salt butter. Next time wanna try to make another more……

My hubby asking me to make “Lontong Sayur” (Steamed rice with vegie broth), his favorite. When last holiday he didn’t get a chance to eat this, cause we go vacation. If we didn’t go vacation I already plan making ketupat. So yesterday I make it for him. All this long if I eat Lontong at the outside not meet the good one yet, rather is tasteless or to much taste. This one is suit with my taste, makes my husband eat more till 3x. Cook one pot with one pot semur and slice chicken finished on 1 day. What a record.

The broth recipe was from Primarasa book, I bought lontong at the market and cover with nori hehehe. Egg and tofu semur was made also, with slicing chicken for the meat. The recipe will be coming soo, cause it was at home!

Pssst, my bread look like have a bad mood face! hahaha.
