Sup Ikan Cahaya Lestari

Dah lama ga update, dah ditegor temen2 dah. Nah kemarin ada bikin sup ikan, resepnya dari koran dah lama banget. Mungkin ada yg pernah makan sup ikan di cahaya lestari? di hayam wuruk? Ini salah satu resto yg terkenal dengan sup ikannya. Resep yg saya buat ini sih katanya resep dari resto itu. Tapi mang rasanya sih mirip banget, dan resep ini dah dibuat di rumah berulang kali, cuma baru kali ini dimasukkin ke blog dah.

SUP IKAN CAHAYA LESTARI
Bahan :
– Ikan Kakap/Gurame
– Jahe secukupnya
– Sawi Putih
– Lobak
– Seledri
– Angco atau tape ketan merah/caw lihat disini
– Arak Beras (Angciu)
– Garam
– Minyak
– Air Kaldu Ayam
– Merica
– Minyak Wijen
– 2-3 sdm Krim bubuk yg dilarutkan dengan air

Cara Membuat :
– Bersihkan ikan kemudian lumuri dengan 1 sdt garam dan arak beras secukupnya. Kemudian goreng ½ matang.
– Tumis jahe dan angco dengan sedikit minyak hingga harum, kemudian masukkan sayuran.
– Kemudian masukkan ikan goreng dan tumisan ke dalam air kaldu ayam.
– Rebus hingga mendidih sambil tambahkan garam, merica dan minyak wijen secukupnya.
– Setelah mendidih masukkan air krim bubuk untuk mengentalkan dan memberi rasa gurih pada sup.
– Sajikan sup dalam keadaan hangat.

It’s been longtime no update, I’ve been remind by my friend. So yesterday I made Fish soup, recipe from old newspaper. Maybe there is anybody that already eat fish soup at Cahaya Lestari Restaurant? At Hayam Wuruk? This is one of restaurant that known for delicious fish soup. My recipe claim to be recipe from that restaurant. But the taste is look a like, I already make this recipe repeatly, only this time I put into my blog.

Cahaya Lestari Fish Soup
Ingredients:

– Cod Fish or Carp
– Ginger not much
– Cabbage
– Radish
– Celery

– Angco (chinesse spice from white sticky rice that fermentation)look pic in here
– Cooking Wine
– Salt

– Cooking Oil
– Chicken Stock
– Pepper

– Sesame Oil
– 2-3 tbs cream powder that melted with water

How :
– Wash n clean the fish then smear it with 1 tsp salt and not much cooking wine. Then fry it half done.
– Stir ginger and Angco with a little cooking oil till smell, then put in vegetables.

– Then put in fish fry into the chicken stock.

– Boil it till rage and add salt, pepper and sesame oil.

– After boiling add the cream water powder for thickening and tastier for the soup.
– Served while hot.
