Ayam Goreng Lengkuas

Bikin ayam goreng yg sudah di bumbuin dari hari minggu kemarin. Ayam goreng bumbu mang suka ngangenin. Abis dibumbuin ayam di masukkin kulkas n tadi siang baru di goreng ama mertua. Resepnya dari buku yasaboga masakan indonesia.

Resepnya:
Bahan:
1 ekor ayam potong 8
1 ptg serai memarkan
2 lbr daun salam
4 sdm lengkuas parut
50 cc santan

Bumbu Halus:
3 siung bawang putih
5 bh bawang merah
3 bh kemiri sangrai
2 sdt kunyit cingcang
1 sdt asam jawa
garam dan gula sesuai selera

Campur dan remas-remas ayam dengan bumbu halus dan lengkuas parut sampai rata. Letakkan di penggorengan, tambahkan salam, dan serai, tutup, jerang di atas api kecil sampai ayam setengah matang. Tambahkan santan dan sedikit air bila perlu.

Goreng ayam sampai matang kecoklatan dengan minyak banyak, tiriskan. Taburkan remah-remah bumbu dari hasil menggoreng di atasnya

Making fried chicken that already flavoring from last sunday. Flavoring fried chicken always making me drool. After flavoring the chicken put in the refrigerator and at noon my mother in law fry it. The recipe was from Yasaboga Indonesian food book.

The Recipe :
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut into 8
1 pc lemongrass smash it
2 sheet curry leaves
4 tbs grater galangal
50 cc coconut milk

Minced Spice:
3 clove garlic
5 pcs shallot
3 pcs candlenut roasted
2 tsp minced turmeric
1 tsp tamarind
a pinch of salt and sugar as you wish

Mix and squeeze chicken with minced spice and grater galangal till flat. Put in to fry pan, add curry leaves, and lemongrass, close, with low heath till half done. Add coconut milk and a little water if you need.

Fry chicken till brown with a lot of cooking oil, leak through. Sowing with spice crumb from frying on top.
