Butter Type Cake

Kali ini suami ada minta di buatkan cake polos tapi yg lembut… Dia bilang pernah makan kue kayak gitu enak banget, kuning dan lembut. Tapi saya sendiri ga kebayang kayak apa karena ga inget kue yg dimaksud. Akhirnya pilih coba buat butter type cake.

Ohlala ternyata salah perkiraan, kuenya sih enak, tapi padat kurang lembut… Kira-kira kue apa yah yg dimaksud suami? rolleyesApa jenis sponge cake? Nanti coba lagi dah buat jenis lainnya. Anyway kue ini adalah cake dasar yg topingnya saya pakai keju parut.

Yang membuat saya senang, dari awal saya belajar bikin kue… meskipun banyak yg gagal tapi anak2 saya tetap suka dan bilang enak. Wah jadinya selalu semangat dah buat coba sesuatu yg baru. Thanx a lot to my 2 beloved kids….biggrin

Butter Type Cake
Bahan:
150 g tepung segitiga biru
150 g gula
130 g mentega cair
9 buah kuning telur
4 buah putih telur
sedikit emulsifier
Keju parut secukupnya

Cara :
– Kocok telur dan gula sampai kental tambahkan emulsifier bila perlu.
– Ayak tepung terigu di adonan telur sambil di aduk satu arah menggunakan spatula
– Masukkan mentega cair perlahan sambil di aduk
– Tuang ke loyang bulat 20 cm tinggi 7 cm yg sudah dioles mentega dan didasari kertas roti
– Panggang di suhu 180 derajat selama 50 menit
– Angkat dinginkan lalu taburi keju parut

This time my hubby asking me to make plain cake but soft…. He said that he had ate that kind of cake and it was yummy, yellow and soft. But I couldn’t imagine what kind of cake cause I didn’t remember it. Finally I choose making butter type cake.

Ohlala looks like I choose the wrong type, cake was ok, but solid and not soft enough….. Suppose what kind of cake that my hubby wants? rolleyesIt’s sponge cake? I’ll be try to make other kind later. Anyway this cake was basic cake with grater cheese as topping.

One thing that makes me happy, from the very beginning I learned making cakes…. although there so many fail but my kids always likes it and said it was yummy. Wow that can be my spirit to try another new. Thanx a lot to my 2 beloved kids…..biggrin
The recipe was from Sedap recipe books.

Butter type cake
Ingredients:
150 gr flour
150 gr sugar
130 gr butter/margarine melting
9 egg yolks
4 white eggs
a pinch emulsifier

Enough grater cheese

How :
– Mix eggs and sugar till thick add emulsifier
– Shift flour onto eggs dough and stir it one way with spatula
– Add margarine slowly and stir it also
– Pour it to round baking pan 20 cm height 7 cm that already base with margarine and paper cake
– Oven 180 degree for 50 minutes
