Task 17# Tonkatsu Tamagotoji

Menu dengan Babi? Wah jarang buat nih…. Tugas kali ini dari si Ching, dia dah buat dan katanya enak banget. Bikin penasaran aja. Daging babinya pakai daging yg empuk. Lalu di goreng tepung dan dikuah kemudian di masukkan telur sebagai pelengkap.

Kuahnya sih mirip dengan model sukiyaki, mang enak kuahnya. Cuma daging babi yg saya buat masih berbau, mungkin harus di bumbui dulu sebelumnya biar lebih sip.

Dah lama jarang makan Babi, agak sedikit aneh dah. Tapi mertua suka sih…. Suami belum sempat cobain, karena kemarin dia kurang enak badan….


Bahan :
4 ptg daging babi fillet
8 bh telur, di kocok
1 bh bawang bombai, iris tipis

Pelapis
1 sdm tepung terigu
1 buah telur
1 cup tepung panir

Saus
300 ml air kaldu
3 sdm sake (ganti dengan arak masak)
2 sdm mirin (ganti dengan cuka beras)
4 sdm gula
5 sdm kecap asin (+ kecap manis dikit)

Cara
– Daging dipotong 4-5 bagian supaya permukaannya bisa rata
– Bubuhin daging dengan pelapis, goreng hingga matang, angkat, potong2
– Buat saos, masukkan bawang bombai, lalu masukkan daging, masak
– Tuang telur kocok, masak sampe setengah matang, matikan kompor, pindahkan ke piring (tambahkan cabe bubuk sesuai selera)

Pork Menu? Wow this one rare…. Today task is from Ching, she already made it and said it was good. Makes me curious. Meat that I used was the soft one. Then fry it fried with butter and put broth then add egg for completed.

Broth is like a sukiyaki, it was good. But my pork meat still smell, maybe first we should spice it a little.

It’s been long that I eat pork meat, little weird. But my father in laws likes it…. My hubby not taste it yet, cause he got sick yesterday.

Ingredients:
4 pcs pork fillet
8 eggs, scramble
1 pcs onion, slicely

Butter
1 tbs flour
1 egg
1 cup bread flour

Sauce
300 ml stock
3 tbs sake (replace it with cooking wine)
2 tbs mirin (replace it with rice vinegar)
4 tbs sugar
5 tbs salt soy sauce (+ sweet soy sauce a little)

How :
– Meat cut it 4-5 pieces so the surface can be flat
– Pour it with butter, fry it till done, lift up and cut it.
– Making sauce, add in onion, then meat, cook
– Put in scramble eggs, cook till half done, turn off the stove, move it to the plate (add spicy powder if you like)
