Task 1 Pempek Ikan

Mulai bikin tugas lagi nih…. kemarin mang sibuk ama kerjaan, sekarang dah senggang jadi mulai lagi dah. Tugas pertama giliran saya nih, bikin pempek2 ah kebetulan ada sisa ikan dari goodie bag kemarin. Resep di ambil dari buku…. cuma takaran bahan saya kurangin.wink

Saya buat 2 macam pempek, satu lenjer atau panjang dan satu lagi adaan. Hasilnya lebih enak yg adaan mungkin karena ada telur dan daun bawang. Tapi nanti mau coba lagi yg lenjer karena masih belum sempurna.

Bahan yg saya pakai :
50 gr tepung terigu
125 ml air
1 sdm garam
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 sdt gula
1 sdt penyedap
2 sdm minyak goreng
350 gr ikan lamadan, giling
200 gr tepung kanji/sagu

+ bahan untuk adaan :
– 2 buah telur untuk adaan
– daun bawang cingcang
– 4 bawang merah haluskan


<Sedang bahan cuka saya pakai:
– Gula Jawa

– Asam Jawa
– Cuka
– Cabe
– Lobak Parut
– Ebi haluskan
– Air

Start making task again, before I was so busy with office work, but now already set so we could start our games again. This time my turn to choose the recipe, I choose making one of Indonesian popular Food. Pempek or Fish cake from Palembang. The recipe was taking from Demedia books, you can see at the picture. I choose this cause I still have a lot fish from goodie bag before. But the ingredients I cut it less.wink

I’m making 2 kind of fish cake, one was call ‘Lenjer’ it was long fish cake with plain or basic fish cake. And one other was call ‘Adaan’ this was fish cake that add egg and celery on it and mix together than fry it. Adaan is the favorite one maybe because there is egg n celery. But I will try to make the basic fish cake again, cause it’s still not perfect.biggrin
