Task 2 Gyudon

Seperti biasa kali ini pilihan Ching masakan Jepang. Gyudon…. wah enak nih, bahannya sih simple n buatnya juga mudah. Cuma setelah jadi kok rasanya mirip2 sukiyaki, apalagi Ching bilang suruh plus jamur n mie konyaku. Wah tambah mirip cuma kurang sawi putih aja.

Anyway suami bilang enak dan mertua juga pada doyan. Sip sukses lagi menu kali ini.

Resepnya:

Bahan:
400 cc air panas
300 gr daging sapi
50 gr jamur tiram
50 gr konyaku noodle
1 bh bwg bombai, iris tipis
1 cm jahe parut
4 sdm kecap asin
3 sdm sake (ganti dengan arak beras)
3 sdm gula
garam secukupnya
2 sdt penyedap
Sedikit minyak sayur

Cara
– Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang bombay
– masukkan arak beras, gula, garam, kecap asin lalu
– masukkan daging aduk rata, masukkan jamur dan konyaku lalu tutup.
– masak dengan api sedang 10 menit lalu
– masukkan parutan jahe
– masak selama 1 menit ato sampai meresap
– tuangkan di atas nasi panas

Like usual this time was Ching chosen menu from Japan. Gyudon…. must be delicious, the ingredients is simple and easy to make. But after finished cooked the taste looks like sukiyaki, with adding konyaku and mushroom like’s Ching said. Is taste like the same just there is no white cabbage.

Anyway my hubby said it was tasty and my mother in law also like it. Good great success again this time.

Ingredients:

400 cc hot water
300 gr sukiyaki beef
50 gr shimeji mushroom
50 gr konyaku noodle
1 pc onion, sliced
1 cm grater ginger
4 tbs salt soy or light soy
3 tbs sake or cooking wine
3 tbs sugar
A pinch of salt
2 tsp stock
A little cooking oil

How to make
– Heat the oil , put in onion
– Put in cooking wine, sugar, salt and salt soy then
– Put in beef mixed it, add in mushroom and konyaku then closed it
– Cook with medium heat for 10 minute then
– Put in grater ginger
– Cook for 1 minuted or till soak through
– Pour it on top hot rice bowl
