Maling Masak Kecap

Nah pasti heran kan baca judulnya? Kok maling masak kecap? Hehehe ini salah satu resep tidak halal. Pake daging babi kaleng yg biasa merk “ Maling” makanya terkenal dengan nama “Maling” terus di bumbuin dan dimasak kecap.

Ini resep turunan dari Nyokap, dulu waktu masih kecil doyan banget sama makanan ini. Sekarang pas saya dah masak ternyata anak juga doyan ama masakan ini, mereka makan dengan lahap dan dagingnya juga dimakan. Wah seneng banget tuh jadinya, ternyata seleranya sama.

Resepnya:
1 Klg daging babi cingcang/Maling potong sesuai selera
5 bh bawang merah iris
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm kecap asin
150 cc air
Kaldu secukupnya
Garam dan merica secukupnya
½ sdt minyak wijen
1½ sdm arak masak
Minyak secukupnya

Cara :
– Tumis bawang merah sampai layu
– Masukkan daging
– Masukkan air
– Masukkan kaldu, kecap manis, kecap asin, garam dan merica
– Masak hingga mendidih
– Masukkan minyak wijen dan terakhir masukkan arak masak
– Angkat sajikan

So you must be curious read the title? Thief cooking with soy sauce? Hehehe this is one of non halal food. Using pork on the can usually call “Maling” so it’s famous with name “Maling” then marinate and cooking with soy sauce.

This was my mother recipe, it was one of my favorite food when I was young. Now when I cooked it likely my sons also likes it, the eat gratefully and also the meat been eaten. Wow I’m very happy, looks like we got the same favorite.

The recipe:
1 can grinder pork meat/ usually called Maling cut as you like
5 pcs shallot slice it
2 tbs sweet soy sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
150 cc water
A little stock
A pinch of salt n pepper
½ tsp sesame oil
1½ tbs cooking wine
A little oil

How :
– Fry on shallot till yellow
– Put in meat
– Put in water
– Put in stock, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper
– Cooked till boiled and mixed it carefully
– Put in sesame oil and the last put in cooking wine
– Turn off n Served
