Task 3 Sus Gulung

Kali ini bikin kue, resep dari buku Sedap. Ching dah buat duluan dan dia lapor creamnya cair… Wah jadi ikut penasaran mau buru-buru bikin. Tapi karena baru sempet senin malem dan itupun lagi di serang flu yah sudah bikinnya serasa buru-buru mulu.

Cetakan pertama terlalu renggang jadinya mudah patah tapi cream tidak cair karena saya oles setelah kue sus dingin. Tapi tidak saya foto karena berantakan not photogenic. Cetakan kedua lebih bagus tapi karena sudah malam saya langsung pakai cream alhasil cream n keju mencair, hehehe jadinya ngalamin juga. Nah pas mau difoto agak kopong karena isi yg awal dah cair makanya diakalin di sumpel keju lagi… hahaha trik curang supaya photogenic.

Suami sih doyan banget ama kue sus apalagi plus keju. Sayang saya lagi batuk n flu jadinya cuma icip-icip aja.

Making Roll Soes from Recipe Sedap Book. Ching already made it and she tells that cream butter was too liquid…. It makes me curious for making it. Last night I made it although I got cold also. So I made such in a hurry.

First bake to much gap so the cake easily broken apart but the cream doesn’t melt cause I apply after the cake cold. But I didn’t take picture cause so messy not photogenic. Second bake is much better cause it was late I just apply it with cream not waiting till cold so the cream and the cheese was melting, hehehe so I also got the same story. And when I want to take a picture it was to empty cause melting filling so I stuffed it with cheese again…. Hahaha this was my trick for making photogenic.

My hubby really likes soes especially with cheese inside. Too bad I got cough and cold so just try a little.
