Task 4 Asari No Pasta

Asik tugas kali ini bikin pasta, favorit nih. Udah gitu pake kerang lagi, wah tambah favorit dah…. Resep dari jepang. Mirip sama spaghetti di Pasta De Waraku. Ditambah sama jamur dan paprika merah jadi lebih sip. Rasa sih kalau dari resep Cuma asin dan gurih dari kaldu kerang. Trus saya modifikasi dikit di tambah cream kental soalnya di rumah masih ada sisa dikit.

Hasilnya dua-duanya enak, tapi suami lebih suka sama yang di tambah cream lebih kaya rasa dan makin gurih. Sip sukses lagi pr ke 4 di tahun ini.

Bahan :
200 gr pasta
4 sdm olive oil
18-25 btr kerang
1,5 sdm garam
1 siung bawang putih
1 bh cabe kering (saya ganti dengan paprika)
50 gr jamur kancing
paseli bubuk secukupnya (saya ganti dengan daun bawang)
+ 50 ml cream kental
+ Basil, oregano secukupnya hehehe
2 Lt air

Cara :
1. Rebus pasta di 2 lt air, bubuhi 1 1/2 sdm garam,rebus stengah matang.
2. Iris tipis bawang putih, cabe potong tipis2, jamur potong2 dan kerang dicuci bersih
3. Masukkan olive oil n bawang putih n cabe di ferifan. masak dengan api kecil sampai wangi.
masukkan kerang, masukkan air 50 cc, tutup
4. Tunggu kulit .kerang terbuka, masukkan paseli,masukkan sedikit air rebusan pasta, rebus dengan api kecil
5. masukkan pasta ke masakkan kerang. Ambil 200 ml air rebusan pasta, masukkan .rebus sampai air habis.Kalau pasta masih agak keras, tambahkan sedikit air.
6. Terakhir masukkan 1 sdm olive oil, rasakan.kalau perlu tambahkan garam, masukkan paseli secukupnya

Today task was pasta with clams, my favorite. Japanese recipe. Looks like spaghetti on Pasta De Waraku. Plus mushroom and Red bell pepper is very good. Tasting from the recipe only salt and sour from clams. And I modification a little adding thick cream cause I still have a little.

The two of it was delicious, but my hubby more like the creamer one, more tasty and soury. Success for task 4 today.

Recipe:
200 gr pasta
4 tbs olive oil
18-25 pcs clams
1 pcs clove
1,5 tbs salt
1 pcs dry chili(I Change with red bell pepper)
50 gr mushroom
paseli powder a little (I change with onion leaf)
+ 50 ml thick cream
+ Basil, oregano a little hehehe
2 lt water

How:
1. Boil noddle pasta in to 2 lt water, add salt for 1 1/2 tbs, boil half done.
2. Slice clove, red bell pepper, mushroom and wash clams.
3. Add in olive oil and clove and red bell pepper on fry pan. Cook with low heat till smelt. Put in clams, put in 50 cc water, close.
4. Wait till the shell of clams open, put in paseli, put in a little water from boiling pasta, cook with low heat.
5. Put noddle pasta into clams. Took boiling pasta water, put in and boiled till dry. If pasta still thick, add a little more water.
6. Last add 1 sdm olive oil, taste it. If necessary add salt, and paseli.

Anaknya kembar semua tuh.Gue curiga nih. apa ini rencana Tuhan mau kasih gua anak kedua kembar yah? Mudah2an dehhh.. Amin.. Amin.. Gue mah kepengen banget. Cuma aneh aja ya. Dari blog list yang cuma sedikit, gue punya TIGA ORANG TEMEN YANG ANAKNYA KEMBAR. haha.. Amazing kan. Itu bukan sengaja dicari2 lho. Semuanya mereka dulu yang ngajak gue kenalan. huehehe… (sok keren mode on)
