Puding Busa Strawberry

Pingin bikin puding dan bolu gulung dengan isian puding, sekali tepuk 2 model pengganan jadi… hehehe. Resep bolu gulung sih masih pakai yg 3 telur bisa dilihat disini. Nah resep puding diambil dari buku yasaboga.

Hasilnya sih enak meski kurang putih telur, tapi mang lebih suka dengan yg tipe lapis juga sih. Sayang isian bolu gulungnya kurang banyak pudingnya, masih kurang canggih ngisiinnya. Next time coba lagi.

Anak2 mah doyan banget, selain warnanya yg bagus, rasanya juga enak bolu campur dinginnya puding, jadinya ga terlalu kering. Suami juga bilang enak.

Puding Busa Strawberry

Bahan :
1,5 bks agar2 bubuk
500 cc air
150 gr gula pasir
100 gr selai strawberry
4 putih telur
1/4 sdt essence strawberry
pewarna merah

Cara :
1. Masak agar-agar sampai mendidih, masukkan gula. Masak sampai larut, angkat, masukkan selai dan essence, aduk sampai rata. Tunggu hingga adonan tidak terlalu panas.
2. Kocok putih telur sampai kaku, masukkan agar-agar yang sudah hangat sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok terus. Tambahkan pewarna, kocok sampai rata.
3. Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan yang sudah dibasahi, dinginkan sampai mengeras.

Making gelatin and roll cake with filling gelatin, once made can get 2 of model snack…. Roll cake recipe still use 3 eggs recipe can be see in here. And gelatin recipe was from yasaboga books.

It was delicious although less white eggs, but I likes it layer types. Unfortunately filling on roll cake not full enough, still didn’t good on filling. Next time I’ll be try again.

Kids loves it very much, beside the color was nice, and also taste good cake mix with cold gelatin, it’s not so dry. My hubby also said it was good.

Bubble Strawberry Gelatin

Ingredients:
1,5 pack of instant gelatin
500 cc water
150 gr sugar
100 gr strawberry jam
4 white eggs
1/4 tsp strawberry essence
Red dye for food

How :
1. Cook gelatin till boil, put in sugar. Cook till melt, lift up, put in strawberry jam and essence, stir till mix. Wait till warm.
2. Mix white eggs till stiff, put in warm gelatin little by little along mixing. Add red dye, mix till even.

3. Pour gelatin to the mold that already soaked, cooling it till hard.
